Brushes by the Thousands!
People are so generous! Many people are to thank for all the thousands of toothbrushes sent and carried to Haiti. Contributions have been received from dental companies, dental offices and individuals. Special thanks to Brabant Newspaper who have been kind enough to publish my goals. The benefit of this publicity, resulted in 4,600 toothbrushes. Day Night Pharmacy on Upper Ottawa, challenged their customers to donate. The company then doubled the donations which ultimately totalled over 2,000 toothbrushes! In May 2005 The Annual Boy Scout Girl Guide parade collected over 1900 toothbrushes. Thank you!
