Healthy Smiles for Haiti Providing Preventive Dental Care & Services for the People of Haiti  Hôpital Albert Schweitzer http://www.hashaiti.org/ A heartfelt invitation by
Dr. Suresh and Ian Rawson, prompted me to visit the renowned Hôpital Albert
Schweitzer, situated two hours west of Port au Prince, Haiti. There we were given a
tour of the facility with emphasis on the dental clinic, on Sept 1 and 2.
The clinic although functional, is in great need of improving
and we are most hopeful that Healthy Smiles will partner with the facility to increase
the quality of care to the area's residents and staff of the hospital. I look
forward to returning to the Artibonite Valley in the near
future.
